Job summary

On Location, part of TKO Group, seeks a Senior Director for the Event Production department to oversee the planning, contract management, mobilisation, and demobilisation of catering services for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Hospitality Programme.

During the planning phase, you will manage catering contracts across venues, shape the catering strategy, and coordinate operations concepts. In the operational phase, lead the Catering Operation team at venue level and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in large scale international sport events, preferably in hospitality catering operations.
• Ability to relocate to Los Angeles, CA or reside nearby.
• Strong knowledge of international and localised food and beverage cultures for major events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement catering strategy and operations concept for Official Hospitality Programmes.
• Lead venue teams, manage contracts, and coordinate with service providers.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, risk, and quality across multiple venues and events.
• Deliver high-level hospitality experiences under tight schedules and diverse stakeholders.
