Job summary

BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Finance Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives. You will oversee zero-based budgeting, data-model redesign, and global process improvements across finance, R&D, commercial, and manufacturing.

Hybrid work from Pennington, NJ, with responsibility for governance, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level communications. A Master’s degree and 3+ years in finance transformation are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Three (3) years of experience in finance transformation or related field.
• Experience with publicly traded biopharma companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Finance transformation initiatives, including governance and execution oversight.
• Design standardized financial processes and reporting, including FP&A and data governance.
• Develop multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with strategy and budgets.
• Manage internal teams and external consultants to deliver milestones on time.
