Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a strategic R&D finance partner to lead FP&A, planning, consolidation, and executive reporting for global R&D. You will evaluate pipeline investments and provide decision analytics, partnering with R&D, Commercial, and Finance leaders.

The role requires 6+ years in FP&A within biotech/pharma, strong modeling, and experience with global consolidations. MBA/CPA preferred; advanced Excel and BI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or relevant advanced certification preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly forecasting and monthly reporting processes.
• Consolidate R&D submissions for leadership updates.
• Support global R&D planning, budgeting, and long-range planning.
