You will drive tax transformation, automation, AI adoption, and operating model optimization, partnering with Treasury, Legal, and external auditors.

The role requires 14+ years in multinational tax leadership, CPA, and a track record of scalable tax processes; travel about 20%.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of tax leadership experience in a multinational context.
• Deep expertise in ASC 740, income tax accounting, and global compliance governance.
• CPA required; MBA preferred is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead worldwide tax reporting and income tax provision under U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Oversee ASC 740 tax accounting, effective tax rate forecasting, and deferred tax accounting.
• Drive tax transformation, automation, AI adoption, and operating model optimization across the function.
• Partner with Treasury, Legal, Controllers, and auditors to manage complex tax matters and regulatory changes.
