You will evaluate pipeline investments and provide strategic decision analysis across global R&D, Finance, and leadership.

The ideal candidate has deep FP&A and portfolio valuation expertise within biopharma or life sciences, plus strong collaboration across global teams and advanced financial technologies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or relevant advanced certification preferred.
• Strong FP&A, pipeline valuation, and scenario modeling capabilities.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences with global R&D exposure.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead quarterly forecasting and monthly reporting for R&D, consolidating submissions and providing variance commentary.
• Prepare executive-ready budgets, actual analyses, and risk/opportunity summaries.
• Support global R&D planning, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Conduct pipeline valuations and financial analysis to inform investments.
• Model scenarios and provide insights for governance forums.
