Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, diverse team across PayPal products and geographies.
• Own process performance, including digital outreach and fulfillment.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics balancing losses, customer experience, and risk.
• Identify and drive initiatives to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Strategy to advance strategic initiatives and coach senior leaders.
