Job summary

PayPal seeks a dynamic general manager to lead a broad, geographically diverse debt-collection team across PayPal products. You will monitor performance, partner with Strategy & Analysis, Product, and Engineering, and drive strategic initiatives to reduce losses and improve customer experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders, Legal, Compliance, and Regulators while coaching senior leaders and driving operational excellence in a balanced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading interactions with regulators in the US, UK, and EMEA.
• Strong track record in building and coaching large, diverse teams.
• Ability to partner with Strategy & Analysis, Product, and Engineering to advance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, geographically diverse team including PayPal FTE and suppliers.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics balancing losses, customer experience, and risk.
• Drive initiatives to reduce losses and improve efficiency while maintaining compliance.
