Job summary

PayPal is seeking a senior manager to lead a large, global debt collections team across products and geographies. You will monitor performance, drive improvements, and collaborate with Strategy & Analysis, Product, and Engineering to advance strategic initiatives.

You will work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and audit teams, and represent PayPal at industry forums. This role demands collaboration, leadership, and a track record in regulatory engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with collections or order-to-cash processes preferred.
• Regulatory liaison experience in US, UK, or EMEA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, geographically diverse team including PayPal and suppliers.
• Own process performance and operational metrics across your scope.
• Develop metrics balancing losses, customer experience, and risk.
• Drive initiatives to reduce losses, improve CX, and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product and Engineering on initiatives.
• Coach senior leaders (Director and Senior Manager).
• Engage with regulators and industry forums as PayPal representative.
