Job summary

Axway seeks a Senior Director, Cloud Operations to lead the end-to-end health of Axway's cloud environments globally. You will supervise a geographically distributed team across the Americas and APAC, ensuring service reliability and continuous improvement in a hybrid cloud setting.

The role requires 10+ years in cloud ops with leadership experience, deep AWS/Azure know-how, and a proven track record in incident management and observability.

Qualifications

10+ years in cloud infrastructure and operations, with 4–5 years in senior leadership.
Proven SLA-driven cloud operations for SaaS or managed services.
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure at scale.
Strong incident management leadership and post-incident process.
Global, multi-region team leadership and organizational design.

Responsibilities

Own global SLA/SLR performance across Axway's cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Lead incident command for P1/P2 events and post-incident reviews.
Develop and sustain a 24x7 on-call model across regions.
Mentor COR team and define scalable global operations structure.
Translate operational data into executive-level business narratives for C-suite and customers.
