Job summary

FMH Conveyors, part of the Duravant family, is seeking a Director of Lifecycle Services to lead aftermarket parts and service. You will set strategic roadmaps, drive financial and operational performance, and mentor a team of highly technical professionals.

This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and cross-company collaboration with service leaders, account managers, and engineering teams. Travel up to 25–30% is required; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of work experience; 5 years in a comparable management position.
• Experience working with capital equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time.
• Strong understanding and experience in operations and logistics.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across aftermarket touchpoints (parts, tech support, on-site services).
• Create the strategic roadmap for aftermarket to exceed financial and operational targets.
• Grow revenue and optimize margins while controlling expenses."
• Oversee strategy for new and emerging service products and offerings.
• Conduct market analysis to develop service products and offerings responsive to customer needs.
• Develop objectives and schedules for product development and market introduction across functions.
• Promote products and services to develop new markets and competitive position.
• Build relationships across Duravant operating companies, partners, customers, and technical experts.
