Job summary

Juniper Square seeks a Senior Fund Accountant to join our Private Markets team. You will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver fund accounting and reporting services for Real Estate, Private Equity, and Venture Capital funds.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our fund administration offerings, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance while leveraging technology to improve operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fund accounting or audit experience, with exposure to PE/VC/real estate funds.
• Experience with complex fund structures, waterfalls, IRRs, distributions and capital calls.
• Investran experience preferred; familiarity with annual reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and support fund administration workflows and process efficiencies.
• Interface directly with clients to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Serve as a technical accounting expert on significant business decisions.
• Perform accounting, analytics, and financial reporting duties with timely, accurate outputs.
• Review waterfall calculations, capital calls, and distributions per LPAs.
• Prepare asset- and fund-level performance metrics (IRRs, TVPI).
• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting; prepare initial audit draft.
• Research and interpret impact of recent accounting developments.
