Job summary

The Pasha Group seeks a Senior Director, Land Transportation and Brokerage Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for purchased transportation, freight brokerage, dispatch, and carrier networks. You will drive growth for HHG, commercial, and Hawaii trade lanes, while ensuring service reliability and profitability.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and align technology and processes to optimize margins and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• CTP or CTL certification preferred.
• 10+ years in transportation/logistics and freight brokerage leadership.
• 6+ years managing transportation, brokerage, or logistics budgets.
• Experience building, launching, and scaling freight brokerage operations.
• Experience managing owner-operator networks and contract service delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of intermodal rail, regulations, and brokerage margins.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for purchased transportation, freight brokerage, dispatch, and carrier network operations.
• Lead the startup, development, and expansion of the freight brokerage business, including operating models and growth strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of transportation, dispatch, and brokerage teams across FCL, OTR, drayage, rail, and intermodal.
• Establish and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, market share, and cost control.
• Direct the development and implementation of brokerage dispatch, load board management, and carrier compliance systems.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to monitor performance, growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor track-and-trace procedures, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for transportation and brokerage ops.
