Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success and leadership in transportation brokerage.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or equivalent leadership and experience.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, freight regulations, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of motivating teams and influencing others.
