This leadership role focuses on standardizing service delivery, improving milestone reliability, advancing digital tools, and building scalable operations with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of global freight operations experience with depth in project cargo, air freight, and over-high and wide planning and execution.
• 5+ years of senior management experience with budget responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of multi-modal project logistics, heavy lift, OHW permitting, surveying, and securement practices.
• Proficiency with TMS, shipment visibility tools, EDI integrations, and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global freight activities across air, ocean, and inland transport networks to deliver reliable, customer-focused service.
• Direct complex freight movements including project cargo and over-high/wide shipments.
• Establish service delivery standards, procedures, and quality controls to improve accuracy and milestone adherence.
• Oversee issue resolution, escalation pathways, and critical-path decision-making to protect service commitments.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and analytics to improve freight visibility and performance.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, customs processes, hazardous materials handling, and trade documentation.
• Lead budget planning, financial monitoring, and strategic investments to support growth.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams to build high-performing freight operations across sites.
