The role emphasizes leadership, client and carrier relationship building, and staying ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience preferred with a proven track record of success in a leadership role within the freight brokerage or logistics industry.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of leaders and individual contributors to achieve targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, carriers, and industry stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the operational aspects of the freight brokerage business, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and maintain your own Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, analyzing financial data and enhancing profitability.
