Job summary

Rhone Apparel, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of FP&A to own the full planning, forecasting, and reporting engine. You will lead a growing team of directors, managers, and analysts and partner with the CEO, COO, and functional leaders to shape strategy and capital allocation.

You will sit in the room where strategy is set, owning the long-range model, board narratives, and investor communications, while remaining hands-on on high-stakes models and analyses to scale with a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Director level or above experience
• Experience hiring, building, and scaling FP&A teams
• Board and investor reporting experience
• MBA or CPA preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide budgeting process end to end
• Lead rolling forecast cadence and scenario modeling
• Own 3-statement long-range financial model
• Lead capital allocation analysis and business cases
• Own forecasted inventory balances and working capital modeling
• Build and own board and investor reporting materials
• Serve as embedded senior finance partner to multiple functions
• Establish and enforce controls and SOX documentation
