6 Degrees Search is seeking a Director of Business Development in the greater Stamford, CT area for a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week. The ideal candidate has a stable 10+ year B2B sales record targeting Fortune 1000 firms and a proven history of generating new business for professional services with large, multi-month deals.

Compensation is uncapped with base salary around six figures plus commissions and bonuses tied to revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000.
• History of career stability with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years.
• Experience selling professional services with large deals (>$250k).
• Experience with long sales cycles (three to twelve months).
