United Future in the greater Stamford, CT area seeks a Director of Business Development who can get the job done. This global company specializes in engagement solutions for Fortune 1000 clients, offering services across employee engagement, customer loyalty, sales incentives, and channel partner programs.

The role is hybrid, requires a stable career history (no more than 3 jobs in 10 years) and office presence at least 3 days per week.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
History of career stability with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years.
Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
