Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation seeks a Senior Director of Fleet Services to lead the strategic and operational aspects of our fleet repair and maintenance across multiple regions. You will drive availability, reliability, and cost control while setting maintenance standards and processes to support field operations.

In this role you’ll partner with Fleet, Operations, HSE, Procurement and business-unit leaders to ensure resources meet demand, improve uptime, and optimize total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multi-location maintenance or service ops.
• Experience managing budgets, repair costs, vendors, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and work-order management.
• Experience with fleet or asset-management systems and data-driven performance.
• Willingness to travel regularly to utilities locations and sites.
• Relevant fleet/certifications preferred (CAFM, CEM, ASE).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Fleet Services strategy for the Utilities segment.
• Set maintenance standards and priorities across Utilities operations.
• Align staffing and resources with operational demand.
• Improve equipment availability and reduce downtime.
• Monitor PM compliance, downtime, and maintenance costs.
• Partner with Procurement, HSE, and operations leadership.
