Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Fleet Finance, Analytics & Audit to lead financial management, analytics, and governance for the corporate fleet. This role partners with Operations, Fleet Management, Procurement, and Corporate Finance to improve profitability and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, audit, analytics, or FP&A.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, auditing principles, financial reporting.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, BI, data analytics, and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, reporting platforms, and executive-level presentations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Experience in construction, industrial services, transportation, fleet, or asset-intensive industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance, analytics, and compliance advisor to Fleet and Operations leadership.
• Partner with Business Unit leaders to support fleet utilization, capital investments, and performance.
• Lead and develop finance and cost control personnel with data integrity focus.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and analyses.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting for executive use.
• Analyze utilization, maintenance, fuel, downtime, lifecycle costs, and efficiency.
• Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, trend analysis, and financial modeling.
• Lead internal and external fleet audit activities and strengthen controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Monitor performance, investigate variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives and supplier evaluations; support major projects.
