Prinsco seeks a Director of Maintenance Reliability to build a world-class program across nine U.S. plants. You will set reliability strategy, establish standards, and coach teams on proactive, data-driven practices on the plant floor.

Reporting to the COO, you will lead planning, scheduling, spare parts standards, RCA, and cross-functional partnerships to improve uptime, safety, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability leadership.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, PLC/HMI, and plant infrastructure.
• Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance and CMMS discipline.
• Experience managing budgets, MRO, vendors, and capital projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; professional certs a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and advance maintenance reliability strategy, standards, systems, training, and governance.
• Develop preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.
• Improve maintenance planning and scheduling, PM compliance, and shutdown planning.
• Set standards for spare parts, MRO inventory, contractors, and practices.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective-action efforts.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Purchasing, and Finance.
• Develop maintenance teams through training and apprenticeship support.
• Drive improvements in availability, uptime, cost, PM effectiveness, and OEE.
