Job summary

BLR Aerospace seeks a senior Director of Commercial Fixed-Wing Aftermarket Sales to drive revenue across the Americas. You will lead complex sales cycles, engage directly with customers, and build long-term relationships with commercial and private fixed-wing operators.

This hands-on role requires deep fixed-wing knowledge, strong technical credibility, and the ability to navigate consultative engagements with engineering, operations, and regulatory teams. On-site in Everett.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value sales and managing long sales cycles.
• Deep knowledge of fixed-wing, general aviation aircraft and aftermarket modifications.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and aviation compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities within commercial and private fixed-wing markets.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and post-sale support.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Conduct market research and stay aware of customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations tailored to missions and aircraft platforms.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and regulatory teams for feasibility and delivery commitments.
• Represent BLR Aerospace at industry events and customer meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and develop strategic account plans.
