Director of Commercial Fixed-Wing Aftermarket Sales

BLR
Aerospace, an industry leader in performance-enhancing aerospace products, is
seeking a senior Fixed-Wing Aftermarket Sales Director to lead and execute
sales efforts across fixed-wing aircraft, general aviation markets in the
Americas. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through direct
customer engagement, managing complex aftermarket sales cycles, and developing
long-term relationships with commercial and private fixed-wing airplane operators.

This
is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role requiring deep fixed-wing,
general aviation knowledge, strong technical credibility, and the ability to
navigate complex, consultative sales engagements. The role partners closely
with engineering, operations, and regulatory teams to deliver compliant,
high-value solutions to customers worldwide.

Job Summary

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of fixed-wing, general

• Familiarity with FAA regulations, Supplemental Type
  Certificates, certification processes, and aviation compliance
  requirements

Required Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree in technical, aviation, or business-related field required Minimum 5-8 years of experience in aviation or fixed-wing sales, preferably in aftermarket or performance-modification products

Preferred Qualifications

• FAA Private or Commercial pilot's license
  
• Certified Aircraft Sales Professional (CASP) or
  similar credential
• Experience selling into commercial, private and fleet
  operators
• International sales experience and comfort working
  across cultures and regulatory environments
• Strong technical fluency in aircraft performance
  metrics and operating profiles

Base Compensation: USD 150,000.00 - 170,000.00
