PF Chang's is seeking a Director of Financial Operations to lead key accounting operations and support accurate, timely financial reporting. You will partner with senior finance leaders to strengthen controls, improve processes, and develop a high-performing team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 8+ years of accounting experience (multi-unit/retail/hospitality preferred), 5+ years of leadership, and strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience; multi-unit, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• 5+ years leading and developing accounting teams.
• Experience with labor accounting, including bonus and incentive calculations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in fixed asset accounting; ASC 842 lease accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday Financials.
• Track record of leading process improvements.
• CPA license strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, including reconciliations and analyses.
• Serve as escalation point for complex accounting matters and guide the team.
• Improve processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Research, document, and apply U.S. GAAP guidance for non-routine transactions.
• Support labor accounting including incentive calculations and reconciliations.
• Oversee ASC 842 lease accounting activities and modifications.
• Coach and develop team members and manage performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels and represent Accounting professionally.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
