Crusoe in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Director, Finance Business Enablement to lead the foundation of Finance tooling and forecasting. You will partner with Accounting, IT, and data-center teams to scale an asset-heavy business and set policy, systems roadmaps, and forecasting standards.

This role emphasizes cross-functional governance, standardized processes, and training across a distributed finance team, with exposure to RSUs and competitive equity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with FP&A leadership
• Experience in asset-heavy or infrastructure businesses helpful
• Experience implementing or upgrading big finance systems

Responsibilities

• Own depreciation and capital policy for data center assets.
• Own finance systems roadmap (ERP, FP&A, reporting) and upgrades.
• Standardize planning, reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT, and business FP&A teams.
• Improve data architecture and reduce manual reconciliation.
• Drive change management and user training for new tools
