Qualifications

• 10+ years in market access or reimbursement in biotech or specialty pharma.
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing reimbursement teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a high-performing Field Reimbursement Manager team.
• Define strategy for national reimbursement and patient access.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on payer policies, coding and billing issues.
• Provide authoritative reimbursement guidance and KPIs; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee claims analytics, compliance (OIG/PhRMA), and regulatory adherence.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and inform payer strategies.
