Serving as a lead enterprise architect and AI engineering authority, the full-time Principal AI Software Developer will define and deliver large‑scale, mission‑critical AI‑enabled systems while engaging with executive‑level stakeholders and driving AI governance and innovation in federal environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define AI and application architecture strategy at the enterprise level across multiple programs
• Establish long‑term modernization roadmaps for federal systems, ensuring alignment with mission outcomes and compliance
• Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions and oversee multiple concurrent development efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 12-15+ years of software engineering experience, including 6-8+ years in AI-enabled systems
• Expert‑level proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks
