Responsibilities

• AI-Driven SDLC adoption and leadership across SecDevOps teams.
• Integrate AI capabilities into SDLC phases: code generation, testing, documentation.
• Measure productivity improvements from AI adoption.
• Lead modernization initiatives: microservices, API-driven integration, data modernization.
• Guide SecDevOps teams to reduce technical debt and scale systems.
• Partner with architects and engineering leads to align execution with goals.
• Encourage modern development practices and engineering automation.
• Facilitate planning sessions and modernization roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment across development, platform, data, and operations.
• Identify delivery risks and dependencies across workstreams.
• Translate modernization progress for leadership.
• Demonstrate impact in delivery speed, scalability, and productivity.
