Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7 years of facilities management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or fabrication environments.
• 3 years of leadership experience managing employees, contractors, and staff.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety).
• Experience with OSHA, local codes, and contractor/vendor management.
• Experience creating and managing operating and capital budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily operation and maintenance of all BPP facilities incl. multiple sites.
• Lead preventive maintenance program and track work orders to reduce downtime.
• Identify and manage facility upgrade projects, budgeting, scheduling, and quality oversight.
• Direct facilities team and oversee administrative services staff.
• Oversee build-out for new 82,500 sq. ft. facility and relocation planning.
• Ensure OSHA/fire/life safety compliance and maintain permits and inspections.
• Coordinate space planning, vendor contracts, and cross-functional communication.
• Manage budgets and drive cost-saving opportunities while ensuring reliability.
