You will coordinate with Investor Relations, Legal, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial communications to the Board and public. The role leads a small team, drives GAAP accounting and SEC reporting standards, and partners with external advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and SEC reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC disclosure standards.
• Experience leading teams and interacting with senior management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Form 10-K and 10-Q preparation and external disclosures.
• Lead external reporting improvements and management discussion analyses.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Legal, and auditors.
• Develop and mentor a team of reporting professionals.
• Present to senior management and influence standards setting.
