Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar field.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to research and interpret technical areas of US GAAP.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of Form 10-K and Forms 10-Q for filing with the SEC.
• Prepare assigned footnotes and related work-papers including fluctuation analyses of key accounts.
• Maintain and apply related internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors on technical accounting matters.
• Manage representation letters process in Workiva.
