Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Preferred: Big 4 experience, SAP exposure, strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• This job applies comprehensive knowledge within the Control and Reporting area to independently execute complex tasks and initiatives.
• Conducts financial modeling and analysis involving cross-functional teams to inform budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Advises cross-functional management on financial strategy and risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Communicates financial performance findings to management, highlighting control weaknesses and optimization opportunities.
• Manages regular reviews of financial performance metrics, identifying trends and variances.
• Mentors associates on financial reporting processes and compliance standards.
• Contributes to implementing key area processes and aligns methods with the overall business strategy.
