Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee external reporting, including Form 10-K and 10-Q, earnings disclosures, and MD&A analyses. You will collaborate with Investor Relations, Legal, and External Auditors, guiding complex disclosures and strategic discussions with senior management.

The role leads a team of seven, ensuring GAAP compliance, and coordinating with global segments. Strong leadership, communication, and an in-depth understanding of SEC standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant and progressive work experience.
• Expertise in GAAP, Accounting Standards, and SEC Reporting.
• IT literate with financial systems knowledge.
• Big 4 and private experience is preferred.
• Strong people leadership and ability to inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete and SEC-compliant Form 10-K and 10-Q.
• Ensure SEC-compliant earnings release disclosures.
• Oversee external management discussions and provide strategic input on disclosures.
• Lead analysis of financial performance for external disclosure (MD&A).
• Lead preparation of Audit Committee quarter presentation material.
• Review BOD materials for accounting impacts.
• Interact with KPMG and external advisors.
• Influence accounting standards and communicate impacts to senior management.
• Oversee directors on Form 10-K, 10-Q and earnings release.
• Lead MD&A related work and flash reporting.
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
