For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Experiential Ops & Production to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This role will oversee the operational and production backbone of experiential programs and live events, ensuring creative concepts are translated into scalable, high-quality execution. The position will partner closely with creative, client-facing, and vendor teams to deliver immersive experiences that are both operationally efficient and built for strong audience impact. The ideal candidate will bring deep live-event and production expertise, along with the leadership needed to manage budgets, guide multidisciplinary teams, and support repeatable delivery across a fast-moving portfolio of activations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $190,000 annually
