Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader, seeks a Head of Program Management for the Electromagnetic Warfare portfolio. You will own the cost, schedule, and contractual performance across active programs and lead a team of program managers.

You will centralize tools, processes, and operating rhythms to give leadership clear portfolio insights and ensure on‑contract delivery, milestones, and reviews. With 10+ years in defense program management and an active U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or related leadership in defense/aerospace, with at least 5 leading a multi‑program PM organization
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, able to distill cost, schedule, and contractual performance into clear insights
• Experience building and scaling PM organizations: hiring, structuring, and developing teams of program professionals
• Demonstrated ability to build and enforce programmatic standards across a portfolio
• Proven ability to operate as a trusted peer to technical and growth leadership; currently possesses and can maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Experience in electronic warfare, RF systems, or sensor/effector programs (preferred)
• Familiarity with government contracting and program management, to include contracts (FFP, CPFF), CDRLs, earned value management, milestone delivery, and how government programs run (preferred)
• Currently possesses and can maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead a team of Program Managers responsible for cost, schedule, and contractual performance across the EW portfolio
• Centralize and standardize tools, processes, and operating rhythms for PM execution across programs
• Ensure milestone delivery, CDRLs, reviews, and status reporting meet customer and Anduril expectations across all active programs
• Establish standards and mentor a team of PMs on what 'good' looks like
• Orchestrate risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery planning across concurrent initiatives
• Collaborate with growth and cross‑functional leadership to drive program outcomes and expand scope
• Communicate portfolio insights clearly to executive leadership
