Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Head of Technical Program Management for EW to lead the TPM organization across Pulsar, Polaris, Neutron, and emerging platforms. You will drive planning, execution, and governance of complex hardware/software programs with integrated engineering workstreams.

You will build a high-performing TPM team, set standards, and collaborate with engineering leaders to convert roadmaps into actionable program plans while communicating clearly with executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management, with at least 5 years leading a multi-team organization.
• Experience managing complex hardware/software development programs with interdependent engineering workstreams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience building and scaling TPM organizations: hiring, structuring, and developing teams.
• Ability to enforce programmatic standards across a portfolio: scheduling, risk management, artifacts.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead a team of TPMs embedded across Anduril’s EW portfolio (Pulsar, Polaris, Neutron, etc.).
• Technical schedule management with realistic timelines informed by engineering complexity.
• Centralize and standardize TPM tools, processes, and operating rhythms.
• Establish standards and coach a team of TPMs on what “good” looks like.
• Orchestrate risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery planning across concurrent initiatives.
• Partner with engineering leadership to translate roadmaps into executable plans with clear dependencies.
• Provide executive-level observations and portfolio insights.
