Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager or lead.
• Ability to plan events and deployments.
• Translate technical concepts into operational requirements.
• Experience with EW systems and hardware/software integration.
• Willing to travel and work across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity with the DoD to deploy Anduril EW products.
• Manage cross-team projects across multiple functional areas.
• Own deployment of EW capabilities at test and demonstration events.
• Plan and supervise EW field events and customer deliveries.
• Provide input to product/engineering to improve features.
• Develop training content and integrate into schedules.
• Develop a streamlined feedback and training system.
• Remove obstacles and drive progress across teams.
