Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Head of Program Management for the EW portfolio. You will lead a team of PMs responsible for cost, schedule, and contractual performance across active programs, and you will drive standardization of tools, processes, and rhythms to ensure on-contract delivery at the highest standard.

You will own the PM capability within EW, mentor leaders, orchestrate risks and dependencies, and partner with growth and cross-functional leadership to shape

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading program management in defense/aerospace, including multi-program leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to present insights clearly.
• Experience building and scaling PM organizations with hiring and development.
• Ability to establish and enforce portfolio-wide standards and processes.
• Collaborates effectively with technical and growth leadership across functions.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance (valid or able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead a team of PMs across the EW portfolio for cost, schedule, and contractual performance.
• Centralize tools, processes, and rhythms to enable consistent program execution.
• Ensure milestone delivery, CDRLs, reviews, and status reporting meet customer and internal expectations.
• Establish standards and mentor PMs on what good looks like.
• Orchestrate risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery planning across concurrent initiatives.
• Collaborate with growth and cross-functional leadership to drive outcomes and expand scope.
• Provide executive-level portfolio observations and insights with clear communication.
