Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Manager for Electromagnetic Warfare in Costa Mesa, CA. You will bridge market demand, profitability, and factory operations, partnering with Architecture, Growth, and Manufacturing teams to drive an EW product line.

You will own the product vision, manage the roadmap, and lead NPI through full-rate production, balancing technical complexity with mission objectives. A strong ownership mindset and detail orientation are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or program management
• Experience with design and execution for advanced hardware/software systems
• Experience across commercial and defense industries
• Ability to decompose and organize technically complex projects
• Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders
• U.S. Person due to export-controlled information

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and commercialization strategy for EW family of systems
• Define requirements with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with mission objectives
• Champion new product introductions (NPI) across core products, variants, and accessories
• Plan and direct product development through manufacturing readiness and sustainment
• Co-Chair the Change Control Board with Configuration Management for production sustainment
• Leverage market, growth, reliability, and manufacturing inputs to drive high-impact product decisions
• Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders across the lifecycle
