Page Executive is seeking a Senior Director to lead as the point person for a growing Structured Finance Group with a focus on securitizations (esoteric ABS, ABS, CLOs, CMBS/RMBS).

The role involves providing legal support to structured finance, capital markets, and investment banking teams across securitization transactions, with in-house experience required and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid bank environment.

Qualifications

• JD from a top US law school.
• Admitted to NY State Bar.
• 10+ years handling structured products, securitizations, CLOs, CMBS/RMBS, and esoteric ABS.
• In-house experience advising senior business leaders on ABS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to structured finance, capital markets, and investment banking across securitization and financing transactions.
• Support securitization transactions across asset classes including esoteric ABS, CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, and other structured credit products.
• Advise on CLO transactions, including warehouse facilities, new issuances, refinancings, resets, amendments, and ongoing deal management.
• Support a growing Structured Finance group, partnering with senior business leaders daily.
