Job summary

S&P Global in the United States (Colorado) is seeking a senior analyst for the Structured Finance Esoteric ABS Credit Ratings team. You will own end-to-end ratings for complex asset portfolios, including non-traditional collateral, using cash-flow analysis, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled workflows.

The role requires deep credit knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to coach juniors while maintaining governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; CFA or equivalent valued.
Strong credit and cash flow analysis skills with solid modelling ability.
Experience applying GenAI/LLMs with governance and validation.

Responsibilities

Complete end-to-end ratings process for new issue and surveillance transactions.
Perform cash flow analysis and present findings to committees for non-traditional assets.
Review legal/operating documents and coordinate with issuers/partners.
Engage with internal/external clients and contribute to training initiatives.
Ensure adherence to methodology, data governance, and controlled automation.
