Responsibilities

• Lead Dana-Farber’s Epic program and patient experience technology portfolio across ambulatory operations and inpatient planning.
• Direct governance and partnership with Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) and establish governance structures.
• Guide technology planning for future inpatient hospital including smartcare, smart room, mobility, and digital engagement solutions.
• Provide oversight of delivery, operational performance, and risk across the portfolio.
• Lead teams responsible for Epic program and patient experience technology delivery (project managers, clinical business analysts, etc.).
• Drive cross-functional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence across teams.
• Supervise, develop, and support staff; foster inclusive work environment.
