Qualifications

• Eight+ years in Clinical Systems Engineering or related field.
• Three+ years in leadership or management.
• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary healthcare technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of medical-device interoperability with EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provides system-level leadership for the Clinical Systems Engineering function.
• Develops and maintains a Clinical Systems Engineering technical roadmap.
• Leads evaluation and planning for technologies and architectures required for device integration.
• Partners with Information Services and clinical teams to define requirements and standards for interfaces, connectivity, and data exchange.
• Establishes lifecycle-management models for integrated medical-device systems, middleware, and HTM platforms.
