Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for ancillary and medical device technology portfolios.
• Establish governance processes and escalation paths across clinical, operational, quality, and external partners.
• Lead technology planning, readiness, and readiness metrics for initiatives with operational impact.
• Oversee delivery performance, risk, and resource allocation within governance and budget parameters.
• Direct teams including project managers and business analysts supporting program delivery.
• Foster cross-functional communication and strong partnerships with Information Services and clinical/operational leaders.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing staff and promote a collaborative workplace.
