Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Information Technology Management, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
• 8 years of project, portfolio, or program management experience delivering large, integrated systems projects.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing complex programs across multiple sites or institutions.
• Direct experience overseeing large, multi-phase projects in a matrixed healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-visibility portfolio of technology, data, and analytics initiatives across hospital transformation.
• Define initiative goals, scope, timelines, governance, and success measures with stakeholders.
• Shape annual and long-term portfolio priorities to enable cross-functional impact.
• Establish standardized portfolio tools, processes, and reporting for transparency.
• Identify and mitigate risks and interdependencies affecting delivery.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external vendors for multi-phase initiatives.
• Support governance forums with materials and follow-up; track decisions and actions.
• Supervise and develop staff to achieve goals and maintain compliance.
