Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a dedicated Visual Designer to craft clear, compelling HR experiences across global platforms. You will build design systems, create presentations, toolkits, and interfaces, and shape AI-enabled workflows for scalable impact within a large, matrixed organization.

You will collaborate with HR strategists and partner with communications, adoption, and technology teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions that support employee experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing exceptional graphic-design craft across presentations, digital communications, illustration, information design, and interfaces.
• Strong command of typography, composition, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling, adapt for different audiences and channels.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, PowerPoint, Figma, and other relevant creative tools.
• Experience designing intuitive interfaces and workflows, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience building design systems, templates, component libraries, and standards used widely.
• Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and usability, with focus on how employees consume, navigate, and experience content and tools.
• Curiosity with AI-enabled design tools and workflows.
• Strong creative judgment, influence, and collaboration skills, ability to shape briefs and guide external partners in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Visual and Communication Designer: turn complex HR topics into clear, compelling visual experiences.
• Design Systems Builder: create reusable components, templates, libraries, and standards for consistent experiences.
• UX/UI Designer: design intuitive interfaces and workflows, prototype, and iterate based on feedback.
• Designer for Scale: explore AI-enabled workflows and develop practical guidance and guardrails for design tools.
• Creative Partner: collaborate with HR, communications, technology, and business teams from concept to delivery.
