Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a dedicated Visual Designer to shape employee experiences through clear visual language and scalable design systems. You’ll work across Workday, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and internal platforms, translating complex HR topics into intuitive interfaces for a global audience.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showing exceptional graphic-design craft across presentations, digital communications, illustration, information design, and interfaces.
• Strong command of typography, composition, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling, with the ability to adapt your approach for different audiences, needs, and channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, Figma, and other relevant creative tools.
• Experience designing intuitive interfaces and workflows, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience building design systems, templates, component libraries, and standards that others can use successfully.
• A strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and usability, with a genuine interest in how employees consume, navigate, and experience content and tools.
• Curiosity and practical experience with AI-enabled design tools and workflows.
• Strong creative judgment, influence, and collaboration skills, with the ability to shape briefs, explain design decisions, navigate feedback, advocate for quality, and guide external partners in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• UX and UI Designer. You’ll create digital experiences that are clear, intuitive, accessible, and grounded in employee needs.
• Designer for Scale. You’ll explore and help shape AI-enabled workflows that help non-designers create high-quality work.
• Creative Partner. You’ll partner with HR, communications, technology, and business teams to shape briefs, explore ideas, and guide solutions from concept through delivery.
