Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Director Transformation to translate strategic priorities into executable programs across SBGs and corporate functions. You will partner with SBG presidents and leaders to align transformation roadmaps and establish governance, milestones, and value delivery in a hybrid US-based setup.

Report to the VP Enterprise Transformation, you will drive cross-functional execution, remove barriers, accelerate delivery, and build sustainable transformation capabilities

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience influencing executives and managing cross-functional programs.
• Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
• Define and execute roadmaps aligning people, process, technology, and operating models.
• Drive process simplification, standardisation, and optimisation across functions.
• Establish governance and performance management for program delivery.
• Partner with leaders to identify productivity and cost improvements.
• Translate priorities into local execution plans with milestones.
• Accelerate delivery by mobilising cross-SBG/functional teams.
