Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Sr Director of IT Strategy and Transformation to drive PT IT strategy, portfolio governance, and enterprise transformation. You will lead BISOs, CM/UX, EA, and Cloud initiatives, reporting to the PT CIO, shaping investments for maximum business value.

You will partner with enterprise leaders to simplify the IT landscape, accelerate digital programs, and ensure secure, scalable solutions while guiding a high-impact strategy and transformation team through complex

Qualifications

10+ years of relatable IT experience.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Own the development and execution of the PT IT strategy and multi-year transformation roadmap.
Lead governance processes for demand intake, prioritization, performance tracking, and risk mitigation.
Drive transparency and accountability across initiatives to ensure resource alignment and business impact.
Oversee BISO, CM/UX, EA and Cloud in partnership with Center IT teams.
Lead and develop a high-performing strategy and transformation team.
