Job summary

- 10+ years in global leadership roles in matrixed orgs.
- Experience transforming software business models.
- MBA or PMP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the Software Accelerator Global Design Model (GDM) and related processes.
- Drive transformation initiatives across end-to-end value chain.
- Partner with Controllership and Audit to ensure standards.
- Mentor software business teams and align with Honeywell Accelerator goals.
- Foster culture of excellence and innovation in software business model.
